U-Pick Flowers & Hands-On Workshops at Maple Park Farm
Whether you are picking a bucket of fresh blooms straight from the field or gathering around a table to create something beautiful, our seasonal experiences are designed to slow you down, spark your creativity, and connect you with the farm.
Maple Park Farm has been welcoming families from across Beaver County for over 20 years. Our U-Pick days and workshops are some of our most loved offerings. It is also one of the best ways to experience the farm.
U-Pick Flower Days
There’s something truly special about walking through a field of blooms and choosing your own flowers.
Our U-Pick days are scheduled throughout the summer season and sell out quickly, so we recommend signing up early.
Each U-Pick day is a ticketed event. Everything you need is provided. Just arrive, wander the field, and fill your bucket with the freshest, most beautiful blooms you’ve ever brought home.

Each U-Pick day runs for approximately 2–3 hours.
The exact mix of blooms will vary depending on what's in season - that's part of the magic.

Workshops & Hands-On Experiences
Our workshops are one of our favourite things to offer at the farm. They are small, relaxed and hands-on. It's your chance to learn something new, spend time with people you love, or simply do something creative with your hands.
Each workshop is led by someone who genuinely loves what they are teaching. Whether you leave with a finished wreath, a bouquet you arranged or a jar of something delicious, You will leave feeling inspired.

Container Gardening
Demystify the art of a beautiful container. In this hands-on workshop, we will walk you through plant selection, design principles, and care tips so you can create stunning planters for your deck or patio.

Learn to create beautiful arrangements using seasonal blooms grown right here at the farm.

Cooking & Preserving with Farm Produce
From the garden to your kitchen. These seasonal workshops celebrate the food we grow and teach you practical, delicious ways to use it — from simple preserves to farm-fresh cooking. Come hungry, leave inspired.

Wreath Making
Seasonal wreath and swags using fresh BC greens.

What to Expect at a Maple Park Workshop
Our workshops are kept small on purpose. We want you to feel comfortable, not rushed, and to leave with something you're genuinely proud of.
Here's what every workshop includes:
- A warm, welcoming atmosphere
- All materials, tools and supplies you need
- Step-by-step guidance from someone who loves what they're teaching
- Time to enjoy the process, not just the result
- A finished creation to take home
Most workshops run for 2-3 hours and take place in our workshop space or outdoors. Light refreshments, from a local baker, are always included.
