What's in my veggie box?

Each weekly box will consist of:

2-3 staple vegetables (eg. Carrots)

3-4 short-season vegetables

Greenhouse vegetables (tomatoes,
cucumbers or peppers)

Which size is Right For Me?

The picture, to the right, is a small veggie box from week 7 in 2022. The large vegetable box for this week would have included extra peas and carrots.

A small vegetable box works out to $29 per week.

If you feel your needs are somewhere in between, purchase a small veggie box and order a la carte from our online store.

You will receive an exclusive newsletter for our Vegetable box members each week.  This newsletter will include the vegetables you receive and preparation, cooking and storage tips.  Kitchen tips and recipes are also included.

Small is great for a young family.  If this is not enough, you can order extra veggies a la carte from our online store.  These will be delivered at the same time as the weekly vegetable box.
