How It Works
Our fundraising program is one of the simplest ways to raise money for your group. Here's all it takes.
Step 1 - Sign Up
Email us at info@mapleparkfarm.com to register your organization. We'll set up a unique code for your group and confirm your two-week fundraising window in early May.
Step 2 - Spread the Word
Share your unique code with your supporters and let them know to visit Maple Park Farm during your fundraising window.
Post it on your Facebook page, send it in your newsletter, put it on your school notice board — however you communicate with your community.
Step 3 - They Shop, You Earn
Supporters visit the greenhouse, choose their own plants, and mention your group's code at checkout.
Every purchase counts — even a single tomato plant. There is no minimum order and no pre-selling required.
Step 4 - We Send Your Earnings
After your fundraising window closes, we tally up your total sales and send your organization 20% by cheque or e-transfer. Simple as that.

When Does It Run?
Our fundraising program runs during the heart of bedding plant season, typically the first two weeks of May.
This is when our greenhouse is at its fullest, with the widest selection of bedding plants, hanging baskets, herbs and vegetable starts available.
It's also when your supporters are most motivated to buy plants for their own gardens.
